Back pain is the pain felt in the back that usually originates from muscles, nerves, bones, joints or other structures in the spine. Back pain may have a sudden onset, can be chronic pain or can be constant.
SYMPTOMS may include : neck pain, middle pain, lower back pain or tailbone pain.

The causes of  back pain are:
1.wrong posture during sitting, standing, sleeping.
2.wrong habits
3.weak muscles
4.sedentary lifestyles
5.fracture
6.inflammatory diseases

Yoga poses tones up body and its muscles. It shapens tbe the body to look Attractive. Yoga poses are considered very good excersices to prevent and cure back pain. We will be sharing with you guys some yoga asanas to prevent back pain and also their other benefits of doing these poses


Here are some best yoga poses to prevent and cure back pain :

1.  Tada Asana(mountain pose) 



Tadasana, Mountain Pose or Samasthiti is a standing asana in modern yoga as exercise; it is not described in medieval hatha yoga texts. It is the basis for several other standing asanas.

How to perform:
In this asana, person stands on toes, slowly
raise both hands as much as possible while  coming on toes.

3. Ardh matsayendra asana 

How to perform:
In crossed sitting ,one leg is placed over the other so that the foot touches opposite hip joint whereas hand support the spine while looking

4. Shalv asana(snail pose)


How to perform:
From pro lying position start raising the lower part of the body,hands are by the side of the legs.

5.bhujang asana(cobra pose):


How to perform:
From pro lying position start raising the upper part of the body without the support of hands.

6. Nauk asana


How to perform:
First lie down flat on your yoga mat, with your feet together and your arms on the sides.
Keep your arms straight and your fingers outstretched towards your toes.Start Inhaling and as you exhale, lift your chest and feet off the ground, stretching your arms towards your feet. Feel the tension in your stomach area as the abdominal muscles contract.Let the weight of your body rest entirely on the buttocks. Make sure your eyes, finger and toes are all in one line. Hold your breath and remain in this position for a few seconds.now exhale and bring the body to starting position.

1.It strengthens abdominal muscles
2. It helps in regulating blood flow to sugar levels
3.It helps you to keep your mind free and peaceful
