We all know many exercise that help in burning belly fat with or without equipments but still people get confused about which of them are most effective.I also have been doing exercises since I was 17 .With the expirience of 1.5 years , I now know which of them are really flattening your belly.

1. CRUNCHES: Crunches are one of the most popular abdominal exercises.They affect your abdominal muscles directly.It allows both six pack abs building,and tightning the belly. This exercise doesn't require any equipments.

2. PLANK : Plank is an isometric core strength exercise that involves mantaining a position similar to a push-up for the maximum possible time.Doing a plank for a minute twice a day would really help build abdominal muscles and also flattening belly.
